Fine views of the Valley of the Temples, unique historic building setting, well-maintained gardens
Rooms feel dark and dated with occasional plumbing issues!!! Limited dining options and poor internet connectivity did not meet my expectations!!! The lack of a swimming pool and entertainment facilities was disappointing!!!

The Foresteria Baglio Della Luna offers a charming atmosphere with picturesque views of the Valley of the Temples. The beautifully maintained gardens create a serene environment. The dinner menu featured uniquely prepared dishes, showcasing a creative approach to local cuisine. The service throughout my stay was really good, accommodating my requests efficiently.
The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally weak in the room.

The restaurant here was nice with good wine list, we both ordered unique dishes. Its favourable, secluded location was a plus. We had lunch in Accademia del Buon Gusto, located nearby.

Location was very good for Maddalusa Beach and access to road system and Agrigento. Restaurant food was very good, breakfasts typical continental and very fresh. Staff were helpful when asked, and some excellent advice given, such as ticket for free sunloungers/umbrella on the beach and good restaurant advice. Air con in room was excellent, and overall the room was plain and clean, apart from shower (see below)
The shower in our room 109. Very poor. Also black mould at the bottom of the shower screen. We felt that they could be a lot more pro-active in offering amenities, such as when sitting in the courtyard or garden it would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted anything, rather than go hunting for someone to get a drink. Poor availability of English TV Channels.

Charming stay with amazing views
The views from the courtyard were amazing at night. The staff were super friendly. The room had a unique, old-world charm, but the road leading to the hotel was kind of rough. Enjoyed breakfast, though it was a bit light on options.

Staying here was a delight! The gardens were lush and filled with diverse plants and birds. We enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi after exploring the nearby Valley of the Temples, and our room offered fine views of Agrigento. Plus, they were accommodating of our small dog!
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

The wonderful views to the Valley of the Temples especially when lit up at night. It was a lovely walk through the gardens.
It is extremely difficult to see any signs to the hotel from the road. Hence it was very difficult to locate. The sign was either covered or too small to notice on a busy road.

Good location for discovering the temples and the city, while located on a silent hill between the city and the see with a nice view on the temples and the city.
We expected more from the food, but maybe we made the wrong choice.

What a fabulous experience! I enjoyed sipping coffee in the beautiful garden and lounging by the hidden hot tub after exploring the fine temples nearby. The only hiccup was the bumpy road leading to the place, but don't let that stop you from enjoying this gem 🌺

Nice courtyard and garden with views of the temples
Book online, they tried to chard €110 when you could get it online for €88, even when I showed them the website. Very unhelpful staff. Made me take 30 minutes to book online.
